Yamba, although named ‘Australia’s Top Town’, has also been a well-kept secret… With some of the best surf, fishing and weather conditions in the country, Yamba is just a 3 hour drive south from the Gold Coast QLD or 1.5hrs south of Byron Bay in NSW. Beautiful beaches, freshly caught seafood and its relaxing atmosphere is just what you need to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.

Included In Price

7 day week trip from Friday to Friday. 6 nights accomodation, daily surfing lessons & all transfers from the Gold Coast to Yamba & back included.

Take off & Return:
We take off on a 7 day trip to Yamba every Friday. Tour leaves Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast 8am & returns back the following Friday 6pm. Starts off with a nice easy drive south to enjoy the views of the coast & mountain ranges on the way. Stop off for a coffee/tea break & chat about all the many super fun ocean adventures ahead for the week.

Surf everyday:
Arrive in Yamba at your selected seaside place of stay by midday. Relax, have a look around and then get ready for the 1st surfing lesson with ex pro surfers Jeremy Walters owner of the Yamba - Angourie Surf School. A local team of level 1-2 surfing instructors will teach you all they know about surfing + all equipment is supplied & with daily surfing lessons for the week you’ll be ruling the waves at many of the beautiful beaches in around Yamba

Stay at the best:
Accommodation can start at the new YHA right in town. This place has to be by far the best full beach resort YHA in Aus; with its 3 levels roof top spa pool & 360° view over Yamba, open café, bar, restaurant, super comfortable rooms to cater for anyone’s style or need + owned & run by the super helpful local crew. Also, there are private beach houses & funky 2 level beach cabins... great for friends or families to stay in with everything you’ll need for the week + some crew & couples like to stay at the incredible Angourie Rain Forest Spa Retreat... 4 + stars of heaven no one ever wants to leave this place.

Go hard or relax:
You’ll have plenty to do in the week; great scenic walks & bike tracks, your daily surfing lesson, awesome river, beach fishing or go on a local boat charter & catch the big fish such as Marlin, Tuna & Wahoo when around or just chill out... Cruz around for the week & take it all in & enjoy the magic of Yamba. Scuba diving will be available to do very soon.

Yamba is a very special place, once you spend some time here, you’ll always want to go back again & again. We take only a small group each trip to keep it nice & simple, so everyone gets the most out of this great place.
