Join us for a magnificent full day guided kayak through the pristine Nepean Gorge in the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park. Experience breathtaking scenery, steep gorges, crystal clear waters and beautifully serene landscape. This is a 6 hour experience including kayak tuition, paddling and lunch break.

Participant Guidelines

What to Bring:
To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen and if you want to enjoy the beach, bring your swimming costume and a towel. A life jacket will be provided for you. It's a good idea to bring a towel and change of clothes for after the kayak.

What to Wear:
You will get wet when kakaying, so please wear comfortable lightweight clothes (no jeans), wear a hat and crocs or shoes which can get wet. Bring your swimming costume if you would like to enjoy a swim.

Fitness Level:
This is up to 24km paddle - approximately 6 hours. Suitable for those who have kayaked previously with a good level of fitness.

How Stable are our Kayaks?
Our kayaks are state-of-the-art dagger sea kayaks, they are extremely stable and the chances of a capsize are very remote. You will be wearing a PFD (lifejacket) at all times and the kayaks are virtually unsinkable due to their airtight compartments

- We will always endeavour to place all our clients on their preferred date, however at times we may need to move you to a nearby date. Please indicate when booking other dates you are available to do your tour.

Weather Exceptions

Rain will not affect the operation of our activities, infact some of the best kayaking conditions are during rain. However strong winds may cause cancellation of our activities. If winds do look like they will affect the tour we will call you to discuss options, as we are a mobile kayak business we have some excellent alternative locations that are sheltered from the wind.

Meeting Point

Sydney Hotel Pick-Ups:
Rather than hassle with unfamilar public transport, why not less us pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the end of the day. Transfer are available for just $30 extra per person from any hotel in the Sydney CBD.

Or Meet at the Lower Blue Mountain:
For those meeting the tour in the Lower Blue Mountains, please meet Boat ramp, Tench Reserve, Tench Avenue, Regentville. Look out for your guide who will be wearing a Life's An Adventure t'shirt.
