Participant Guidelines

-Passengers MUST reconfirm their tour by contacting the duty pilot between 1830 to 1900 the evening before their flight on 0418 574 256.
-Wear clothes as for hiking, including sturdy shoes, warm socks and a cap, (feet can get wet and cold in the early morning dew), plus sunglasses if you wish. It will not be any colder in the air than on the ground.

- Childrens prices valid for 6-12 year olds (children under 6 years old cannot participate)
- Transfers available from Melbourne CBD hotels

Half an hour before sunrise (to be confirmed evening prior to the flight)

Weather Exceptions

Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and all passengers are asked to check in with the pilot the night before for a weather report. If the flight is cancelled due to inclement weather passengers will need to contact Global Ballooning to reschedule.
