If paid bookings are cancelled the following fees apply
• More than 7 days in advance - 90% will be reimbursed
• 2-7 days in advance - 50% will be reimbursed
• within 48 hours of commencement - refunds will not be available
If Hidden Secrets Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded
