Child rate applies to those aged 4-13 years of age. Infants 3 years old and under are allowed free entry to the park. Family Pass is valid for 2 adults + 2 children.

All rides and attractions are open from 10.00am to 5.00pm (summer) and 4:00pm (winter). WhiteWater World is open every day of the year except Christmas Day (25 December) and ANZAC Day on 25 April (morning).
